Dr. Sherman Reeves comes to Minnesota Eye Consultants from the Duke University Eye Center in Durham, N.C., where he was the Chief Resident and Clinical Associate. Born in Little Rock, Arkansas, Dr. Reeves attained his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas, and then went on to Johns Hopkins University School of Hygiene and Public Health as well as Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He completed an internal medicine internship at the University of Maryland Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland, and a four-year residency at Duke University Eye Center. His specialties are cornea, refractive, and anterior segment ophthalmology. Sherman Reeves was recently awarded the Dohlman Society award found at here. The award is comparable to a "best cornea fellow" award for all cornea fellows around the country for this year.
